All of our products are made to order. This means your item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Processing times may be longer during busy seasons.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

Canada

  • 3–10 business days

United States

  • 3–10 business days

International

  • 7–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Quantity ordered

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on the fulfillment location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • High order volumes

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Vimpi is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the package arrived damaged)

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
