At Vimpi, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.

If your order has one of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A free replacement.
  • A full refund.
  • A partial refund (when appropriate).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered.
  • Change of mind.
  • Different color preference.
  • Ordering the wrong product.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the problem.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
